Not to be confused with systems thinking—a mental track—the three lenses offered here provide a means to sense and see the vibration of energy-driving performance, reputation, compassion, and care. In physics, the definition of energy is “ability to perform work.” The energy that is expressed or repressed signals the given consciousness of the company and may become the dynamic platform for its growth.
